1. Online Quote Request and Preliminary Estimate

To begin the process, we review your information from our online quote request. This will be followed by a telephone consultation. The preliminary consultation is an exchange of information in which we answer any questions you may have to help you decide if you want to use our services. This phone call is free and without any obligation. After gathering enough information from you Lonzo Designs will submit an estimate for the project.

2. LDGDP

If, after the initial estimate and consultation, you decide to go forward, Lonzo Designs will spend more time gathering information from you by email, or by phone. Once we have gathered sufficient information from you, we will begin the Lonzo Designs Graphic Design Process (LDGDP) in which a detailed written set of specifications for your graphic design project is prepared, and an estimated total cost and a time line to complete your project is provided.

3. Signing of Agreement

Lonzo Designs will submit to you, via email, a formal bid/proposal for your review. After you accept the bid, agree to the LDGDP and terms and conditions, and all deposits or other fees have been paid, we will begin your project. We accept payment in the following forms: Company check, cashier's check, or U.S. money order. Payments are accepted in US currency only. See the Terms and Conditions document for more information regarding payment terms.

4. Gathering Material

This step is where you gather together all of the materials needed for your design project, including:

• A completed company-approved design survey
• Supply and design style or "look and feel" ideas
• Any sales and marketing material you have (for branding and brand guideline purposes)
• Company logo (if you have one)
• Web site URL (if you have one)
• Images for this project ( unless my services are required for searching )
• Finalized text/copy for your design project

You will now be working with an assigned LDGDP project manager, who will take you through the rest of the process. If you do not have finalized materials such as text, graphics or marketing materials, those services may be outsourced through us to help you. Services available include: Web content writing, Web image research and photography. These services do not fall within the scope of the LDGDP, and are therefore billed separately. Please contact your project manager for details.

5. Graphic Design Project

In order for this phase to begin, you must have supplied all finalized materials. It is especially important to have provided the required text (We ask that you double check your text for any spelling and grammatical mistakes or inconsistencies, before it is provided to avoid delays down the road).

We will send you a user name and password so you can watch us work on your project. All design proto type and mock up will be available to view at any time. We will have check points along the way to discuss any changes and there maybe in the design process.

6. The Graphic Process

Includes:

• Four (4) concept designs (creative directions)
• Two (2) rounds of amendments
• Implementation design, art direction, interim proofs, production supervision

6. Final Review

At this time, you will have another chance to review it for any minor changes or corrections. See the terms and conditions for Acceptance. Once the design has been approved and all monies have been collected, Lonzo Designs, will send you your files, via email or mail to you on a CD containing final artwork in digital format.
